The death of "Gentlemanism"

So recently I came across this picture on Facebook and my first thought was "How stupid is this?"
First of all you have to eye it from the non-relationship point.
Because of the emancipation many girls/women are considering this behavior as an assault on their role as a woman. This is caused by feminist movements who were in the beginning of emancipation useful, but seem to bring it to the boil.
Such behavior should be appreciated and not easily dismissed as an act of men to make women look weak. This is why many boys/men stopped such things to avoid conflicts.
By the way last week when I went to school, I was packed to the brink and a boy, who is a class underneath me, opened the door for me :)
Secondly many boys my age stopped such things because many girls took advantage of the boys' generosity and for example let them pay for all of their drinks.
Sometimes I heard of boys who spent 60€ at a party only for drinks.
Sure who can say no to free drinks.
But I think it is the duty of a girl to also offer sometimes to pay.
So you have to let the boys be gentleman and don't shamefully milk them otherwise it is the death of "Gentlemanism" :)

Stereotypes

Hey welcome to Princess of shining armour,
I was thinking of making a new blog, back in 2012 I had one with a friend but because of our lack of posting I thought why don't make a new one?
So yeah, currently my mind wanders around many things.
Just last week I went to an Indoor Festival and met two guys.
The first one was all like "wooooow" when my friend told him that I was playing saxophone in a band. He was all like " A girl playing saxophone?!"... If people open their eyes they would probably notice that there are plenty girls around playing saxophone I mean really?
And later I came across a guy you just said to me that there should have been more bands playing Metal... and I totally agreed to him. I mean I am someone who listens to all kind of music (nearly) but he was like really?! And after I told him I quite like watching Star Wars or any other kind of science fiction movie, he asked if I want to marry him.
So this is to the guys who think that the life of a female being only consists of watching chick flicks, listening to sappy Taylor Swift songs (no offense, some of them are great) and being a fan of Channing Tatum, our lives clearly don't circulate around these things (mostly). Besides I really don't understand what is the hype about him so suddenly. Back in the old days of Step Up he was hot and he still is but there are hotter guys around. So I don't know, don't get it.
The next point is somehow I am recently obsessed with old pop music like Spin Doctor's "Two Princes". If you don't know it, listen to it. It's really great.
By the way English is not my mother tongue. So as long as there are no frequently made mistakes who can keep them. And no I don't get  English comma placement.
I would say xoxo but it sounds to cliché,
so love
